Add the connector

In Claude, open Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector and enter https://mcp.observerbee.com/mcp. In ChatGPT, open Settings, Apps and connectors, Create, and enter the same URL.

Sign in

The host redirects you to Observerbee sign-in (OAuth). Pick the organization you want the assistant to work in. Your role in that organization decides what you can do: viewers read, product leaders compose specs and dispatch work, admins and owners also approve action requests.

Ask a question

Try “What is hurting checkout right now?” or “Show me the pending action requests.”

What you can do

  • Findings board: the ranked list of what is hurting users. Click a row to open the insight card.
  • Insight card: evidence, screenshot and business impact, with next steps: add to triage, create a task spec, dispatch to the engineer agent, verify in production, resolve or dismiss.
  • Journey rail: traffic and drop-off per step; click a step to inspect the screens behind it.
  • Task spec review: what a coding agent will receive. Mark it ready, copy it as Markdown, or dispatch it.
  • Approval queue: proposals from agents waiting for a decision. Approve and the engineer agent opens the pull request; the link appears in the view when it is done.
Every action you take in a view is reported back to the assistant, so the conversation continues from what you did.

Permissions

Views only ever call Observerbee through the host; they load nothing from the network except screenshots. The host runs each view in a sandbox with a restrictive content security policy. The assistant itself cannot approve, dispatch or change status: those tools are marked app-only and require a click.
