The Linear integration lets Observerbee’s agents turn findings into Linear tickets: a drop-off spike in a goal, a broken flow, a UX friction point backed by session evidence.

What it is used for

  • Ticket drafting. Agents prepare tickets with a title, description, and the supporting evidence from your state graph and sessions. Depending on the agent’s autonomy, the ticket is either created directly or parked in the Actions queue for a human to approve first.

Connecting

  1. Open the Observerbee Dashboard and go to the Integrations page.
  2. Choose Linear and click connect.
  3. Complete the OAuth flow with a Linear account that can create issues in the teams you want tickets filed in.

Security

  • OAuth tokens are stored AES-GCM encrypted and only used server-side by a credential proxy.
  • Agents never see the token; they receive a short-lived capability token for each approved action. See Agents and governance.
  • Creating a ticket is an act-tier action. Agents below that autonomy level always require human approval before anything appears in Linear.
